What’s inside
6 Weeks of Support
Each week will feature a new journaling prompt.
We will begin with a grounding meditation to bring us into a calmer body and clearer mind.
With soothing music playing, we will all take time to journal about the prompt for that week.
When the journaling time is complete, we will open up a circle of sharing. There is no pressure to share, but space is open to share and discuss what arose during the journaling process. This is a time to feel seen and heard in your experience.
We will end with a closing round of sharing what we’re leaving with from the experience.
You participate at your own comfort level without judgment.

What people have to say about Natalie and Christine…
It was really great to be part of the circle and have the opportunity to meet you and the others. I am feeling so much better.
-Nikki mum of one
Christine is a loving, intentional space holder. She listens and hears more than the words a person is speaking and between the words in a truly compassionate & empathic way. She has a knack for reflecting back to you what you maybe didn't say with words but was in between the lines and exactly what you needed to hear. She brings years of listening, intention, empathy, and nurturing to her support. She is exceptional as a space holder and exactly what is needed to feel safe in one's sharing. You feel held, supported, and loved exactly as you are in a circle held by Christine.

I’m becoming increasingly gobsmacked by what the likes of you generous, clever, succulent wild women catch in the traps you lovingly lay out for us.
Treasured + thanking you”
