More than a sharing circle, we:
- ground and co-regulate our nervous systems
- connect with one another by sharing our lives, stories (celebratory or struggle) songs, writings, art, being
- welcome all parts of you and all feelings
-practice meeting our needs.
- compassionately witness and reflect each other
- practice integrating our experience.
